An arty look at global health
At the Wellcome Collection in Euston, London a new exhibition—Foreign Bodies: Common Ground—explores the connection between global health, research and art. It’s a thought provoking project showcasing the work of six different artists who were placed in six different research centres around the world, with their brief being to learn about the ongoing research at the centre and its relationship with the local community. The art produced in response is a moving yet fun exhibition highlighting the wide areas of global research that exist, and the ideas and challenges posed by the local communities surrounding them.
