How can I stop falling ill during the holidays?
A first question to ask yourself is whether you seem to be working much harder than your peers. If this is the case, then it might be worth approaching your medical school learning centre for help with study skills, or to rule out whether any additional issues—such as undiagnosed dyslexia—might be having an impact on your studies. But if you don’t think that you are having to work harder than your peers just to keep up, then what you need to focus on is how you maintain your day to day and week to week wellbeing.
