How to do well at interview
Admissions tutors advise on how to improve your performance at interview
You will be more confident if you are fully prepared. Make sure you know the format of each interview that you are invited to and practise being asked questions in a panel and a multiple mini interview format. Practise your smile and handshake and answering questions while maintaining eye contact. Also, research each medical school’s curriculum and find out what’s unique about each one—medical schools will want to know why you have applied to their specific course. If you don’t know the answer to a question say so, rather than making up a response. Never embellish your achievements or experience, always be truthful.
