Suzanne Murphy graduated from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, as a general nurse in 2011. She then worked as a staff nurse in a busy medical and surgical hospital ward in Tallaght Hospital, Dublin, for a year. After this, she moved to a mixed dependency nursing home in Dublin where she worked as a staff nurse until 2014, when she accepted a position as a clinical nurse manager in the same nursing home—a post she held until 2015. Suzanne started a medical degree at the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin in 2015, and is in her second year of study.
